Using HamariTaxi

HamariTaxi is a technology marketplace that helps riders request trips and receive offers from independent drivers. Drivers are responsible for their vehicles, licences, insurance, legal compliance and safe operation.

Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate information, protect your account and use the platform lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, fraud, unsafe conduct and misuse of location or contact information are prohibited.

Fares and payment

Estimated fares use the route and rates configured by HamariTaxi. Drivers may submit custom offers. The fare accepted by the rider applies, subject to additional distance added during the active trip. Ride payments are made directly and offline between rider and driver.

Safety and disputes

Use the Safety page for ride-related concerns. For emergencies contact local emergency services. HamariTaxi may investigate, suspend accounts and preserve records when legally required.
