Driver Agreement

Eligibility

You confirm that you hold all licences, permits, insurance and vehicle documents required for passenger transport and will keep them valid. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn.

Independent offers

You choose whether to offer on a ride and may accept the calculated fare or submit a custom fare. Do not misuse rider information or contact riders outside the active service purpose.

Safety and service

Verify the rider-provided start PIN before moving, drive lawfully, keep the vehicle roadworthy, respect riders and report incidents promptly.

Subscriptions and payment

Driver access requires an active plan with remaining ride allowance. Pilot subscription payments are confirmed offline by an administrator. Ride fares are collected directly from riders.

Records and enforcement

HamariTaxi may review ride records, ratings and complaints, and may warn, restrict, suspend or remove a driver for safety, fraud or policy violations.
