Cancellation Policy

Operational draft — obtain independent legal review before public launch. Effective 2026-08-11.

Before a ride starts

A rider may cancel while the request is open or after selecting a driver. A reason is recorded. A selected driver may release the ride before it starts; the request then returns to available drivers.

After a ride starts

An active ride cannot be cancelled through the platform. Complete the ride at a safe location and use the Safety channel for urgent concerns.

Fees

No automated cancellation fee is charged during the pilot. HamariTaxi may revise this policy with advance notice and a new policy version.
